Shipping and Delivery Policy All products you buy from are delivered by Cargo. You can track your cargo tracking by typing your shipping code on the link below after receiving the "your order is on its way" sms to your mobile phone. Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed and shipped on the next business day, and orders placed after 12:00 on Saturday will be processed on Monday. You will be notified of any delays (such as failure to obtain credit card approval) by customer service via e-mail or telephone. If the delivery address and invoice address in the order are the same, the product is sent to the delivery address, if the delivery address and invoice address are different, the product waybill and the contents of the box are sent to the delivery address, and the invoice is sent to the invoice address. Estimated delivery times range from 2-10 business days worldwide. (Average period determined by private cargo companies) If there is no cargo agency in your location, it is called "mobile zone" and delivery is made to you on certain days of the week. You can view the status of your order in the "My Account / Order Tracking" section. When receiving the product/products, they should be checked with the cargo officer, the package that you think is missing or damaged should not be received and a report should be made and sent back to the cargo authority. After the ordered product/products are received by the customer, the delivery company is deemed to have fulfilled its duty.
