Return and Exchange Conditions
Since we carry out personalized productions at www.parroc.com, they are produced immediately after the order is received and delivered to the cargo. Your order will be delivered to your registered delivery address within 5 working days.
What should I pay attention to when I receive the product?
When receiving your order, be sure to check if there is a problem such as tearing, crushing or getting wet in the cargo package. The cargo officer will assist you in case of any problems with the cargo package or its contents. In such a case, you should not take delivery of the cargo and keep a report to the cargo authority. The report will facilitate your transactions during the product exchange or refund process.
Returns and Exchanges
If you want to return or exchange the product you have purchased, you must notify us of your return and/or replacement request for the product to our +905333660599 number within 7 days of receiving your order. You can send the product to be returned with its original invoice, complete, in its package undamaged, unused, undamaged, unwashed, unharmed as a result of usage error, together with the order number, to our address in the contact section with payment, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Returns of products with damaged original box/packaging, shipping label affixed on the original box or taped with duct tape are not accepted. The products received in this way will be sent back as received, with the buyer paid.
For optional returns and exchanges, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. If the shipping fee is not covered by the sender, Parroc will have the right to deduct the shipping fee from the return price of the product.
You do not pay shipping charges for returns or exchanges caused by a fault in the product.
The product to be returned is examined in detail within a week (7 days) from the day it reaches us. If, as a result of the examination, it is determined that the product has not been used, washed, destroyed or damaged, the return will be approved and the fees you have paid as the product price (excluding the shipping fee) will be returned to your credit card or account.
If the product you want to return is defective, your return will be approved and the amount withdrawn from your credit card will be refunded to your credit card. If you have made a transfer, the product fee will be credited to your account.
If the problem with the product is determined as a usage error, the product will be sent back to you as "Buyer Pay" together with the invoice you sent to us.
If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued on behalf of an institution, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
For returned products, it may take an average of 15-20 days, depending on your bank's processes and practices, for the refunds to be reflected on your credit card statement. This process is the specific application of each bank, and Parroc has no right to intervene in this process. You can get detailed information from your bank regarding the delay in the reflection of your refund on your credit card statement.
